The premium program is a customized 4-week strength training program specific to your needs and goals.

LAUNCH VIDEO CALL

Your specific training NEEDS AND Goals will be discussed during a VIDEO LAUNCH call. Sarah will also lead you through a mobility assessment.

WEEKLY FORM CHECKS

Your lifts will be reviewed weekly via the truecoach app ensuring you're doing them safely and with correct form. Sarah will also ensure you're applying progressive overload to your training.

TRUE COACH ACCESS

VIDEO AND DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS FOR EACH EXERCISE ARE LOCATED IN THE TRUECOACH APP. THIS ENABLES YOU TO FOLLOW THE WORKOUTS WITH EASE.

COMMUNITY SUPPORT GROUP

Members have access to a private instagram community support group. Ask questions, interact with other members, and share your success stories.

  • This program is appropriate for all fitness levels. This program will help you increase your strength training knowledge, improve your form, and build your confidence in the gym. Videos demonstrating how to safely execute each exercise with proper form are included.

  • Each program will be available for 4 weeks. If you choose to continue on a month to month basis, you’ll have access to your current program and past programs.

  • SARAH WILL REVIEW YOUR LIFTS, OFFER FEEDBACK AND ANSWER QUESTIONS ONCE A WEEK THROUGH THE TRUE COACH APP.

  • THIS PROGRAM IS MEANT TO BE A STANDALONE PROGRAM. RECOVERY DAYS ARE AN IMPORTANT COMPONENT OF ANY TRAINING PLAN AND SHOULD BE IMPLEMENTED TO SEE PROGRESS IN THE GYM.

  • Dumbbells, resistance bands AND mini bands. A BABELL AND PLATES ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED BUT NOT REQUIRED.

  • BARBELL, Dumbbells, CABLE MACHINE AND mini bands

  • This depends on your strength. It’s important you feel comfortable with the weight you’re using however you should also be challenged from week to week. Therefore, having a variety of weights is optimal.

  • SARAH WILL CONTACT YOU TO SET UP A CONSULT CALL IN WHICH SHE WILL LEARN MORE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR GOALS. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 7-DAYS AFTER THE CONSULT FOR THE DELIVERY OF YOUR PROGRAM.
