THE ESSENTIALS MEMBERSHIP


This membership is an affordable, flexible, and highly effective training program. Each month you will receive:

5 Workouts, 4 Strength Workouts, 1 Glute-focused Workout

This program gives you everything you need to achieve amazing results. Options include home and gym workouts. Each strength workout includes approximately 7 exercises per session. Glute workouts include approximately 4-5 exercises per session.

Workouts are delivered to your inbox via the TrueCoach app and accompanied by a detailed instructional video and explanation. A new program is provided every 4 weeks.

THE PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP


This is a customized membership program that includes a four-week strength training program tailored to your specific needs and goals.

During the launch call, Sarah will take a look at your mobility, discuss your habits and goals, and determine a good workout split depending on your schedule.

A customized four-week program will then be built for you. Form videos will be checked weekly via the TrueCoach app.

A monthly coaching call is offered at week three to discuss the likes and dislikes of the current program and the best way to make program adjustments for the following month.

THE LUXE MEMBERSHIP

This customized membership program includes a four-week strength training program tailored to your specific needs and goals. This program also hones in on your nutrition. Whether you want to lose fat or gain muscle, Sarah will be there every step of the way!

During the launch call, Sarah will take a look at your mobility, discuss your habits and goals, nutrition, and figure out a good workout split depending on your schedule.

A customized four-week program will be built according to your needs and goals. Form videos will be checked weekly via the TrueCoach app. 

Sarah will suggest macros based on your body composition goals and help with everything related to nutrition such as gut health, recipe ideas, meal planning, etc. Accountability is built into the Luxe Membership with nutrition tracking that Sarah will have access to. 

Two monthly coaching calls are offered to discuss your habits, nutrition, sleep, form, and any obstacles you’re facing getting in the way of your success.

  • This program is appropriate for all fitness levels. If you’re a beginner, this is a great place to start! This program will no doubt help you increase your strength training knowledge, improve your form, and build your confidence in the gym. Videos demonstrating how to safely execute each exercise with proper form are included.

  • The Essentials program is meant to be a standalone program. Recovery time is an important component and should be implemented to see progress in the gym.

  • Each program will be available for 4 weeks. If you choose to continue on a month to month basis, you’ll have access to your current program and past programs.

  • This depends on your strength. It’s important you feel comfortable with the weight you’re using however you should also be challenged from week to week. Therefore, having a variety of weights is optimal.

  • Dumbbells, resistance bands and mini bands. A barbell and plates are encouraged but not required.

  • Barbell, dumbbells, cable machine, Trx, and mini bands.

  • No. You’ll receive 4 main workouts and 1 glute based workout. Each week you’ll repeat the same workouts and progressively overload them. This means gradually adding intensity by changing stimuli such as load, tempo, volume, rest time, and improved form.
