WHAT’S INCLUDED

The Essentials Program is an affordable, flexible, and highly effective training program that includes 4 full body strength training workouts along with 1 glute workout every 4 weeks. Each full body workout includes approximately 7 exercises per session. Each glute workout includes approximately 4 exercises per session. Workouts are delivered to your inbox via the TrueCoach app and accompanied by a detailed instructional video and explanation.

WHO IS THIS PROGRAM SUITABLE FOR?

This program is suitable for all fitness levels. If you’re a beginner, this is a great place to start! This program will help you gain knowledge and feel confident about strength training. Videos demonstrating how to safely execute each exercise with proper form are included.

DO I NEED TO ADD EXTRA WORKOUTS INTO THIS PROGRAM?

This program is meant to be a stand alone program.

HOW LONG WILL EACH PROGRAM BE AVAILABLE FOR?

Each program is available for 4 weeks. If you choose to continue on a month to month basis, you’ll have access to your current and past programs.

WHAT EQUIPMENT WILL I NEED FOR THE AT-HOME BASED PROGRAM?

Dumbbells, resistance bands and mini bands. A barbell and plates are encouraged but not required.

WHAT EQUIPMENT WILL I NEED FOR THE GYM BASED PROGRAM?

Barbell, dumbbells, mini bands, cable machine, and occasional gym equipment.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT WEIGHTS TO USE?

This depends on your strength. It’s important you feel comfortable with the weight you’re using however you should also be challenged from week to week. Therefore, having a variety of weights is optimal.
