The Luxe program is a customized 4-week strength training program specific to your needs and goals. It offers assistance with everything from training and nutrition to making sustainable lifestyle changes. A truly evidence-based approach to help you finally reach your goals.

Your specific training goals and current lifestyle will be discussed. Sarah will also lead you through a mobility assessment.

Need help with meal planning? Not sure how to prioritize training with your busy schedule? Stuck in a rut? the coaching calls make sure you’re getting the most out of your program and give you the opportunity to address any questions or concerns you may have.

Videos and detailed instructions located in the TrueCoach app enable you to follow the workouts with ease.

Community Support

Members have access to a private instagram community support group. Ask questions, interact with other members, and share your success stories.

  • This program is appropriate for all fitness levels. This program will help you increase your strength training knowledge, improve your form, and build your confidence in the gym. Videos demonstrating how to safely execute each exercise with proper form are included.

  • Each program will be available for 4 weeks. If you choose to continue on a month to month basis, you’ll have access to your current program and past programs.

  • SARAH WILL BE AVAILABLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS OR OFFER FEEDBACK AS NEEDED VIA THE TRUECOACH APP WITHIN REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS.

  • THIS PROGRAM IS MEANT TO BE A STANDALONE PROGRAM. RECOVERY DAYS ARE AN IMPORTANT COMPONENT OF ANY TRAINING PLAN AND SHOULD BE IMPLEMENTED TO SEE PROGRESS IN THE GYM.

  • Dumbbells, resistance bands AND mini bands. A BARBELL AND PLATES ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED BUT NOT REQUIRED.

  • BARBELL, Dumbbells, CABLE MACHINE AND MINI BANDS

  • This depends on your strength. It’s important you feel comfortable with the weight you’re using however you should also be challenged from week to week. Therefore, having a variety of weights is optimal.

  • SARAH WILL CONTACT YOU TO SET UP A CONSULT CALL IN WHICH SHE WILL LEARN MORE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR GOALS. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 7-DAYS AFTER THE CONSULT FOR THE DELIVERY OF YOUR PROGRAM. OPTIONAL WEEKLY CALLS ARE AVAILABLE TO MAKE SURE YOU'RE GETTING THE MOST OUT OF YOUR PROGRAM.
